Hiya,
I am a middle aged (oh Lordy!) Mother of 2 girls, 20 & 18 and in the UK. I am Welsh by birth and proud to be so.

I lost my darling Dad very suddenly in June of this year and I don't know if I will ever get over it. I relive that phone call from my Mother every day. I am still running the gauntlet of grief, ranging from anger to acceptance and back to guilt.

My heart aches for anyone who has lost someone close. I don't think the pain will ever lessen x
